Telephone Advice

telephoneSome matters can be dealt with over the telephone.  The practice now offers telephone consultations each day.    These are an alternative to visiting the surgery and examples of when they could be used are to discuss results; changes of medication; ongoing sick notes; minor illnesses etc.

If you would like to book a telephone consultation please ring 223 5226 and speak to a member of the reception staff.  However, if the telephone consultation slots are not available or are fully booked you will be given the opportunity to phone back between 11.30 am and 12 noon on 223 5226 to speak to your doctor.  (The receptionist may ask you for your phone number so that your doctor can phone you back when they are free.)
