Dr Eeckelaers will be retiring from the partnership on 3rd December 2017.
He will continue to work at the practice on a very part time basis.
If Dr Eeckelaers is your named GP and you would like to know who this will be after 3.12.17 please ask at reception.
We will ask you for proof of identity and will usually accept a passport or photo driving licence together with an official document such as Council tax bill/utility bill/bank statement that is less than 3 months old as proof of address.
We normally register patients on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons after 3.00 pm as the process can take a few minutes and we find that the reception desk is quieter at these times.
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
