There are several ways for you to order your repeat prescriptions.
The easiest way is to order on-line through Patient Access. You will need to register and Reception will need to verify your account and issue you with a pin. Once you have access you will be able to see all your current, repeat medication.
**Please note we will now only be accepting on-line requests via patient access**
You can order your prescription in person by coming to the reception desk. Please retain your reorder slip (white side of your prescription) or complete a reorder skip found at reception.
You can ask your local pharmacist to request your repeat prescription on your behalf. See here for a list a local pharmacists
We require at least two working days (48 hours) to process your repeat prescription request. This gives the doctors enough time to check through your repeat medications to ensure you are getting the correct items.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough medication so you don’t run out.
Please remember we are not open at weekends or bank holidays, so you need to plan for this when reordering. Try and ensure you have at least 5 days’ worth of medication left at all times.
We only accept repeat prescription orders over the telephone for those patients who are housebound.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. You must comply wit this request to ensure your medication is not stopped.
