To help protect you from coronavirus we are offering telephone appointments. Our receptionist will ask you a series of questions to help the doctor know why you are calling. Please do not come to the surgery. If a Face to Face appointments is needed it will be arranged during your phone call. You may be asked to have a video call with your doctor. Please click here for advice on to do this - what patients should expect during a video consultation.

Anyone over the age of 11 years must wear a face mask or face covering (like a scarf) when coming to the Practice. Please do not try to enter without one.

Face Coverings in public

From the 24th July 2020 everyone will be required to wear a face covering in shops, business and on public transport.

The Government guidance suggests it should be sufficient for someone to declare that they cannot wear a face covering for whatever reason.

It is not the responsibility of the Practice to provide you with any documentation regarding the use of face coverings.

If you require a prescription please contact your local pharmacy to arrange this or request it through the NHS app or our website. Alternatively phone 0161 223 5226 and speak to a receptionists.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY to request your prescription as you will be turned away.

This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. 

Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

Patient Access

We now offer Online Services via Patient Access. These include ordering repeat prescriptions, booking appointments and viewing parts of your medical records such as test results and immunisations.  Please either click on the icon below to log in. 

Please ask at reception to register for this service. Reception will be able to issue you with a pin once they have seen photographic ID.

Car Parking

We have a few parking spaces at the front of the practice. Please ensure you park within the markings of the parking spaces. Please leave the disabled bay free for those patients who are authorised to use it. 

There are more parking spaces to the side of the practice, next to the One Stop Shop. 

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any cars parked in either car park, so please ensure you do not leave any valuable in your car.
